Getting around the system

Before you touch any workflow, it helps to know where things live. Your Storely contact has already set up your account and warehouse layout — this is where you'll land after your first login.

The dashboard

The dashboard is your daily home screen. It surfaces what needs attention right now — orders waiting to be allocated, shipments that have arrived but haven't been received, and inventory nearing expiry — so you always know where to start your day.

The sidebar

The left sidebar is organized into five sections:

SectionWhat's in it
OperationsDay-to-day warehouse work: inbound receiving, outbound orders, picking, returns, and cycle counts.
ClientsYour client accounts and their products.
FinanceBilling events, invoices, and rate cards.
InsightsReports, lot trace, and import history. Advanced reporting & lot trace is a Pro plan feature.
SettingsWarehouse setup, users, and integrations.

The client selector

At the top of most screens you'll find a client selector. Pick a client and every page filters down to just their inventory, orders, and activity — useful when you're heads-down on one account. Leave it on — All Clients — to see aggregate activity across your whole operation.

Tip: if a screen looks empty and you were expecting data, check the client selector first — it's the most common reason.

Now that you know your way around, let's set up your account.
