Step 1 of 2

Set up your account

Three things to confirm before you start receiving inventory: your warehouse profile, your team, and your first client.

Confirm your warehouse profile

Log in and open Locations, then Edit Warehouse on your warehouse record. Check that the name and address are correct — these show up on packing slips and shipping labels, so it's worth getting right before you print anything. Your default unit system (imperial/metric) is set separately, under Settings.

Invite your team

Open Users and add each person who needs access. Pick a role for each:

  • Admin — full access, including user management.
  • Manager — full operational access, no user management.
  • Warehouse — inventory, inbound, outbound, and work orders.

Each invite sends an email with a link to set a password — nobody's password is set for them, including yours.

This is for your own staff only. Client logins (Client Portal) work differently — see the next step.

Add your first client

Open Clients → New client and enter their company details. If they'll need their own login to see their inventory and orders, open their client record and click Add Portal User — this is a separate flow from inviting your own team, and is a Pro plan feature. See Products & client portal for the full walkthrough.

Account's ready. Next: receive inventory and ship your first order.
